PatriciaCOUTTS(Heworth). Peacefully in hospital on 25th October, aged 82 years, Pat (nee McGill) beloved wife of Joseph Donald (Don). Sadly missed by her husband, children Anthony, John, Patricia and Helen, much loved grandma of Daniel, Alice, Emma and Rosie, dear mother-in-law to Mike, Lynne and Claire. Sadly missed by all her family and friends. Requiem Mass at St. Alban's, Pelaw on Monday 3rd November at 10.00am, cremation following at Saltwell Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu if desired for CAFOD may be made at the service. All welcome afterwards for refreshments at Pelaw Social Club.
